How different is Kentucky's Ultrasound Law?

As you can see by the map at left, Kentucky is one of  five states in 2017 that require that an ultrasound be performed prior to an abortion. The screen must be displayed so the mother can view it and a description of the image of the unborn child must be given. The mother is never forced to view the image. Without requiring that an ultrasound be performed and be displayed and described for the mother, the option to reconsider her decision is greatly diminished.

Our 2017 Legislature passed a PAIN CAPABLE law on an emergency basis stipulating that abortions will not be done beyond 20 weeks. So, what is the deal??? A magnified view of this EMW offer is below.

YES, we vote, elect conservatives, and then the courts overturn our will. That is what is meant by the term "Activist Judges." But perhaps our WOULD campaign will have a good influence on Judge David Hale who will determine this case. We need our judges to see that we are watching.
