> UPDATE of SB 38 (Ultrasound Informed Consent bill)

Similar to the 2009 legislative session, the Ultrasound Informed Consent bill lacked a majority of 8 votes to make it out of the House Health and Welfare Committee (the vote was tied 7 to 7).

 

Voted against SB 38:
