News Wars

Every group works to shift the meaning and import of selected news stories to support their special agenda.
A recent example is Orlando Shooting: 49 killed, shooter pledged ISIS allegiance (June 13, 2016). Planned Parenthood, the nation’s leading killer of innocent unborn children, weighed in on the terrorism by tweeting: #Islam doesn’t foment the violence alleged gunman Omar Mateen enacted, toxic masculinity & a global culture of imperialist homophobia does”.
We work hard to spotlight and to change the narrative of news stories that are painted as positive or benign by the media when we know they portend danger to pro-life causes. And we generate important news! It's our First Amendment right, properly exercised. Please see the top slideshow of our website and visit our Facebook page for KRLA's lens on the news.

Prayer to End Abortion

At mid-year, looking back to legislative challenges and ahead to
the presidential election and much more, we remember the Prayer to End Abortion
as a very good way to "change the narrative."

Lord God, I thank you today for the gift of my life,
And for the lives of all my brothers and sisters.
I know there is nothing that destroys more life than abortion,
Yet I rejoice that you have conquered death
by the Resurrection of Your Son.
I am ready to do my part in ending abortion.
Today I commit myself
Never to be silent,
Never to be passive,
Never to be forgetful of the unborn.
I commit myself to be active in the pro-life movement,
And never to stop defending life
Until all my brothers and sisters are protected,
And our nation once again becomes
A nation with liberty and justice
Not just for some, but for all,
Through Christ our Lord. Amen!

Be sure to read Schu Montgomery's wrap up on Brad Mattes's talk at the Annual Celebrate Life Banquet. Brad is a peer counselor to men who have lost a child to abortion.
